Despite so many challenges that the professionals working in transportation and logistics industry have to face, the rise of e-commerce industry is a proof that they are learning things on the go. However, there’s one simple solution to get rid of all the ills facing the industry and that is implementation of effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies. To equip the industry professionals with enough knowledge and skills to tackle the current challenges, proper training and education programs should be developed and taught. Such programs will help the professionals understand the changing dynamics of the business and will help them prepare better to face any existing problem or unforeseen challenge that may arise in the future.
