Task Description

Due: Week 9 – Wednesday 26 th April by 5pm to Canvas (Assignments) on the assigned peer’s submission.

Task: Provide initial feedback to your assigned peer’s project proposal and prototype (between 250 and 500 words) using the given prompts below. Avoid giving yes or no answers, but rather provide as much constructive feedback as possible. Write your comments based on the prompts below and then copy and paste into the feedback window on Canvas or upload aWord doc for the student to read.

What to Include

  1. Concept Development: Reading through the student’s project proposal how clear is the app idea? Is there anything that you are unclear about or that you have questions about?
  1. App Viability: Do you believe the app will meet the needs of its intended users? Does it look like it will achieve what it is setting out to do? Have they thought about the required functionality and content appropriately or explained this well enough?
  1. Competitor Analysis: Have they described the kinds of apps that already exist and what their point of differentiation is (what sets it apart from other apps or what it is offering that is different from others)?
